Swedish Research Council

Recently, the Swedish Research Council released their proposal (https://www.vr.se/download/18.2412c5311624176023d25590/1555426972107/Proposal-nat-guidelines-open-access_VR_2015.pdf) for national guidelines for open access to scientific information. In the proposal the basic principle is that all publicly supported scientific publications and the scientific data they are based on should be openly accessible.
